**Movento Garage**, a dealership group for **MG**, part of the **Movento Group**, a leading company in the mobility and automotive distribution sector, is seeking to hire, **SALES MANAGER** Reporting to Management, your primary mission will be to coordinate the sales department, define the commercial strategy for the facilities, and manage the sales team, aiming to achieve the targets set by the manufacturer and the Group. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Collaborating with Management to develop the commercial strategy for the various facilities under your responsibility. * Monitoring and analyzing sales volumes, margins, financing arrangements, atypical transactions, etc., with the aim of proposing solutions in case of potential deviations. * Ensuring, through your team, the achievement of the established sales targets. * Overseeing the end-to-end sales process and ensuring the profitability of your team’s sales. * Participating actively in the training and motivation of the team to foster a group of sales professionals focused on delivering excellent service and nurturing long-term customer relationships. **What do we expect from you?** * Minimum 3\-5 years’ prior experience as a Sales Manager (experience in the automotive sector will be especially valued). * Advanced proficiency in Excel and proven experience in data analysis, CRM systems, etc. * Valid Class B driver’s license and passion for the automotive industry. * A degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is highly desirable; additional training in sales and knowledge of English are important. * Strong commercial orientation toward results and customers; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; experience managing sales teams. * Experience working with target-based performance metrics and a strong focus on sales. **What do we offer?** * Employment within a solid and growing corporate group. * A stable project with opportunities for professional development. * A structured training plan. * Access to a flexible compensation package (e.g., private health insurance, meal vouchers…).
