Dress to live, dress to last. **Job Description:** We are seeking various **Sales Assistant profiles (16 hours/week) for our store in Santander.** **Sales Assistant Responsibilities:** * Deliver an excellent shopping experience to our customers and foster loyalty. * Experience in stock management and warehouse tasks (receiving, organizing, and controlling merchandise). * Positive, proactive, and enthusiastic attitude. * Availability to work rotating shifts and weekends. * Adaptability and flexibility. * Ability to use performance indicators to help achieve commercial targets. * Passion for fashion, especially the men’s universe, and knowledge of tailoring. * A service-oriented mindset to help meet our customers’ needs. * Receiving merchandise, stocking, and visual merchandising. * Prior experience in a similar role is valued. * Geographic mobility is considered an asset. **We Offer:** * Professional development with opportunities for career advancement. * An excellent professional environment in premium fashion. * Salary commensurate with level of responsibility.
