We lead the development of cutting-edge technological solutions that reinforce national and international security, operating within a highly specialized industrial environment focused on manufacturing advanced radiofrequency electronic systems for defense. **Join our RF Manufacturing Team!** We are seeking a Senior Electronics Engineer or Technician with extensive experience to join our team, participating in the industrialization and optimization of RF module manufacturing processes in a demanding, technology-driven environment. **What will you do?** You will plan and coordinate all activities of the Product Industrialization Project, defining operations and factory implementation. You will lead and coordinate the RF industrialization team in executing all project tasks. You will analyze new RF product designs from the perspective of their manufacturability and testing in mass production. You will review technical design documentation such as drawings, 3D models, electrical schematics, and bills of materials. You will prepare factory documentation: assembly instructions, routing sheets, reports, and improvement proposals. You will optimize industrial manufacturing and testing processes for RF electronic modules. You will design and define production processes, ensuring efficiency in industrialization and plant operations. You will control costs and analyze process efficiency, ensuring compliance with operational parameters. You will collaborate with the quality team to guarantee product specification compliance. You will evaluate workflow to identify continuous improvements.
