Contributing here means leaving a legacy—professional, human, and educational. **It’s not all about giving—we need you too** In the Labor Department, we are a team in full growth: you will lead two key professionals based in Lleida and Burgos, and will be supported by an external payroll firm for payroll administration—allowing you to focus on departmental strategy and excellence. * Managing the full employee lifecycle using SAGE (contracts, onboarding, offboarding, and modifications), ensuring all documentation and records remain up to date. * Overseeing the payroll process and cost allocation, coordinating with both the external payroll firm and internal staff. * Ensuring compliance with labor laws and collective bargaining agreements, analyzing regulations and case law. * Preparing periodic reports and analyses on labor costs, incidents, and workforce data to support decision-making. * Designing and updating internal policies, the Equality Plan, and labor procedure manuals—ensuring compliance. * Addressing HR-related questions from employees and managers, and managing communications regarding disciplinary actions or contract terminations. * Representing the company before the Labor Inspection Authority, Social Courts, and other relevant bodies. * **What makes you special?** * 5 years of experience in HR roles, including labor relations, payroll management, and personnel administration. * University degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources, Law, or a related field. * Effective communication and orientation skills, proactivity, and strong organizational ability. * Willingness to travel occasionally to connect with our in-person educational centers. **What do we offer?** * Permanent employment contract. * Flexible working hours (8:00–9:00 AM to 5:00–6:00 PM, with shortened Fridays from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM). * Benefits: Flexible compensation, training discounts for you and your family, and the iLERNA Discount Club. * Work in our modern offices equipped with cutting-edge technology and thoughtfully designed daily-life spaces: sports zones (gym, paddle tennis, basketball), game room, and amenities such as a cafeteria with daily menus and coffee bar. * Be part of a genuinely expanding educational project. **If you’re ready to lead our labor management in a challenging and dynamic environment—now is the time! \#makeithappen
