We manage a portfolio of successful projects including training centers and reference academies (with a team of over 60 teachers and education professionals), as well as projects in the hospitality and technology sectors. We firmly believe that people are the key to our growth. Therefore, we are seeking a charismatic, strategically visionary, and operationally rigorous Head of People to lead our most valuable asset: our team. Important: Position starts at the end of August. What will be your challenge? Your primary objective will be to ensure the well-being, retention, recruitment, and proper coordination of our teaching staff, guaranteeing that the company’s operational machinery never stops and that our quality standards remain top-tier. You will serve as the bridge between management and the team’s day-to-day activities. Key Responsibilities: - Culture and Retention Management: You will be the cultural heartbeat of the group. You will monitor teams, identify needs and motivations, and implement strategies to minimize turnover and maximize teacher engagement. - Operational Coordination and Incident Management: You will oversee schedules, time tracking, and contingency planning efficiently and agilely, leveraging our internal technological tools and collaborating with the rest of the coordination team. - Active Recruitment and Onboarding: You will design and execute selection processes to always maintain a ready “talent pipeline.” You will coordinate the welcome and initial training of new hires. - HR Liaison: You will validate payroll and incident data to coordinate with the administrative management firm. * Bachelor's Degree * Catalan (Advanced spoken, Advanced written) * Indefinite-term employment contract * Full-time work schedule
