We are seeking a Spare Parts Specialist and/or Service Advisor for the sale and repair of SCANIA trucks and buses (Official Dealer) Service Advisor: • Provide administrative support to the workshop manager and mechanics. • Customer service (in person and by phone). • Monitor incoming and outgoing new and used machinery; prepare related documentation. • Prepare work reports and review mechanics’ working hours tracking. • Open and close work orders. • Monitor service quality. • Issue invoices. • Workshop invoicing; review and track outstanding receivables. • Administrative tasks: claim handling for delivery notes, invoices, collections, etc. • Archiving. Spare Parts: • Customer service. • Warehouse management. • Prepare orders (for mechanics and external customers). • Customer service (at counter and by phone). • Inventory management 3 years of experience. 3 years in the automotive sector * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary ranging from '2400' to '2800'
