The De Felipe Dermatology Group is seeking a person passionate about the dermatology sector to join our team in Barcelona, performing reception and patient care duties at one of our specialized trichology centers, Remind Hair Diagonal. We offer a full-time position in a dynamic, innovative, and continuously growing environment within a leading company in the dermatology and hair health sector. **Schedule:** * Monday: 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. * Tuesday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break. **Main responsibilities:** * Management and coordination of appointments and schedules. * In-person, telephone, and email patient support. * Patient follow-up and satisfaction management. * Performing administrative tasks typical of a reception desk. * Advising patients on center services and products. * Supporting the organization and daily coordination of clinic activities. **Requirements:** * Excellent patient orientation and communication skills. * Organizational ability and attention to detail. * Proactive attitude and service-oriented vocation. * High proficiency in English and Catalan (mandatory).
