**Quality Technician – Nomen Foods** **Nomen Foods**, a leading company in the food industry experiencing continuous growth, seeks to hire a **Quality and Production Control Technician** to strengthen and expand its Quality Department. **Job Mission** Ensure quality and production management and control at the plant, particularly in the areas of raw material receipt, production, packaging, and product dispatch, guaranteeing compliance with the Integrated Management System for Quality, Food Safety, and Environmental Management (SIG\-CSAA) and maintaining the highest standards of safety and excellence. **Personal Profile** * **Junior** profile * **Mandatory residence in the local area** * Strong teamwork skills, empathy, and a positive attitude * Planning, organizational, data analysis, and continuous improvement skills * Initiative and results orientation * Sensitivity towards food safety and production efficiency **Professional Profile** * Higher Technician in **Laboratory Analysis and Quality Control** or **Processes and Quality in the Food Industry** * Prior experience or knowledge related to the job responsibilities is valued * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office** (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) * Knowledge of **HACCP** and **GFSI** standards (BRC, IFS, ISO) **Valuable Experience** * Experience in food industry companies * Experience in quality and production control at plant level * Familiarity with ISO management systems and GFSI food safety standards **Main Responsibilities** * Conducting quality self-inspections, inspections, and trend analysis * Monitoring and supervising the production process regarding quality, food safety, and environmental aspects * Developing, managing, and continuously improving SIG\-CSAA system documentation * Managing customers and suppliers: complaints, incidents, approvals, and evaluations * Supporting the on-site production team * Administrative support to the department **Employment Conditions** * Intensive and/or split working schedule Monday to Friday, according to operational needs, with three shifts (morning, afternoon, night). * Temporary contract: 3 months \+ 3 months, with potential conversion to permanent. **Compensation** * **Fixed salary:** Between €20,000 and €22,000 gross per year, depending on experience * Performance-linked salary review **Why Work at Nomen Foods?** * Certified **B\-Corp** company * Professional career development plan * Annual training plan * Internal benefits and recognition programs * Flexible working hours * University partnerships and professional development opportunities Salary: €20,000.00\-€22,000.00 per year Benefits: * Option for a permanent contract * Free parking * Uniform provided Work location: On-site employment
