Description
Reporting to the Quality Department, the Quality Technician is the hands\-on role that keeps our quality controls running day to day; inspecting materials and cells, operating laboratory and measurement equipment, recording reliable data, and supporting the Quality Engineers in problem\-solving and continuous improvement across our production lines.
**Main functions:**
* Perform incoming (IQC), in\-process and final inspections of raw materials, components and cells according to inspection standards and control plans.
* Operate, verify and maintain precision measurement and laboratory test equipment (thickness gauges, optical microscope, Tensile tester, Karl Fischer, pH\-meter, conductometer, others).
* Manage calibration and verification schedules for measurement and test equipment, keeping records up to date.
* Record and maintain inspection and test data in quality databases ensuring full traceability.
* Adhere to and ensure 5S and safety protocols within the laboratory work environment.
* Help to identify problems within the materials, analysis or instrumentation. And be able to perform troubleshooting.
* Help write, update and control work instructions, inspection standards, control instructions and quality records.
* Collaborate effectively in cross\-functional teams (production, engineering, R\&D, supply chain).

**Requirements**
* Advanced Technical Degree (FP Grado Superior) in Quality, Laboratory, Chemistry, Industrial, Electromechanics or a related field. A Bachelor's degree is a plus.
* Previous experience in quality control, laboratory or inspection role within a manufacturing environment. Prior experience in the chemical, automotive or battery industry is a plus.
* Hands\-on experience with measurement and inspection instruments and laboratory testing.
* Familiarity with Quality tools (SPC, 8D, QRQC) and with Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001\). Knowledge of IATF 16949 is a plus.
* Comfortable with data\-recording tools (Excel, and ideally MES/LIMS).
* Strong attention to detail, rigor and solid documentation habits.
* Ability to thrive in a startup, fast\-paced environment and multicultural teams.
* Working level of English (our environment is international).
