MCC Label, a world leader in label production with over 100 manufacturing facilities across five continents and more than a century of experience in the graphic arts industry, is recruiting for its Spanish plant located in Navarrete (La Rioja): Quality Operator for inspection and control of finished products (self-adhesive labels) Job Description The Quality Operator will be responsible for performing various tasks to ensure final product quality, utilizing inspection machines equipped with machine vision systems prior to shipment to customers. Prior experience is not required, although it is considered an added advantage. **Responsibilities and Tasks:** * Analyze and review specifications indicated in customer work orders. * Use the plant’s ERP system for traceability of manufacturing orders. * Inspect print defects: color discrepancies, ink residues, etc. * Perform cutting operations, monitoring blade performance to ensure clean cuts. * Operate manual pallet trucks or forklifts to move finished products or transport materials from storage areas. * Maintain the work area and equipment in clean and orderly condition. **Requirements:** * 1\-2 years of experience as a print inspection operator (preferred). * Problem-solving ability, with skills to analyze complex situations, interpret diverse instructions, and deliver effective solutions in standardized operational environments. * Accuracy in evaluating quality according to company standards. **Additional Requirements:** * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Openness to innovation and adaptability to new printing technologies. * Basic computer tool knowledge (preferred). * Proactivity and capacity for learning will be highly valued. **Work Location:** Navarrete \- Logroño **Working Hours:** Rotating shifts (3 shifts) Diversity \& Inclusion MCC promotes an inclusive culture that respects and values the diverse backgrounds and experiences of our employees, enabling everyone to reach their full potential.
