Description
**Before a box leaves Museros, someone must decide whether it meets the standard. That decision — many days — will be yours.**
CrowdLog is our own logistics center: here, we do not store — we coordinate. Products arrive freshly harvested, are inspected, selected, and packed to travel to 28 countries within less than 48 hours. Over 200 people work in Museros every day to ensure this happens flawlessly.
Within this mechanism, Quality \& Flows is the team ensuring that every order leaving Museros fulfills what we have promised: fruit and vegetables at the perfect ripeness stage and with the expected quality.
You will join the team reporting to the Quality Lead and work side-by-side with Production, Dispatch, and Maintenance. In a warehouse like this, a decision made at 8 a.m. can impact an order arriving in Germany 48 hours later.
**What will be on your desk**
Quality at Museros is not an office-based role: it is plant-floor work. Harvest peaks give no warning, and when large volumes of fruit arrive, there is no room for calm, thorough review — decisions must be fast and accurate. You will join a team with well-established processes but requiring additional hands with sound judgment to sustain the pace during peak season. You will work alongside Quality Technicians and the Quality Lead, bearing responsibility for daily quality control and monitoring: recording, verifying, and acting whenever something fails to meet the standard.
**What you will do**
Your mission: ensure no box leaves Museros without undergoing real quality control.
* You will inspect incoming and in-line fruit and vegetables, detecting defects before they reach the customer’s box.
* You will log quality incidents in our WMS, maintaining reliable data that the team can use to make decisions.
* You will build Excel reports, including pivot tables, to identify where incident rates are increasing and help prioritize corrective actions.
* You will provide administrative support for the day-to-day operations of the Quality \& Flows team: documentation, tracking of corrective actions, and coordination with Production when deviations from the standard occur.
* You will cover rotating weekend shifts during peak season — because fruit does not wait for Monday.
When done well, a customer in any of the 28 countries receives exactly what they expected — and no one at Museros has to extinguish a quality fire the following Monday.
**Who you are**
You have worked with fruit and/or vegetables and know how to recognize when a product meets the standard — and when it does not. You understand that quality is not determined solely in Excel: it is visible in the product itself. You are proficient in Excel and warehouse management tools, and you know how to use data to detect deviations and make decisions. You are a proactive, solution-oriented person capable of adapting when workload fluctuates from one day to the next — and ready to act immediately upon identifying an issue.
**Essential:**
* Prior experience working with fruit and/or vegetables — whether in production, warehousing, or quality assurance.
* Fluent use of office software and warehouse management systems (WMS).
* Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables.
* Availability to work Monday–Friday and cover rotating weekend shifts during peak season.
**Desirable:**
* Education or experience in food quality control.
* Additional languages beyond Spanish.
* Prior experience in highly seasonal warehouse environments.
**This role is not for you if...**
You seek a fixed Monday–Friday schedule with no exceptions: here, rotating weekend shifts during peak season are part of the role. You feel uncomfortable working on the plant floor: this role takes place among conveyors, products, and pallets — not in front of a screen all day. You need every task spelled out step-by-step: here, we expect you to detect deviations and act on them independently.
**How we work**
At CrowdFarming, a distinct culture permeates everything. High pace, genuine dynamism: volumes change, seasons shift, and priorities evolve accordingly. We believe in real autonomy and ownership: you will have clear processes and standards — but also the autonomy to identify problems, act decisively, and propose improvements. And you will work as part of a team: Quality does not operate in isolation, but in constant coordination with Production, Dispatch, and Maintenance.
**What we offer**
An indefinite full-time employment contract, onsite Monday–Friday in Museros, plus rotating weekend shifts during peak season. Additionally: €250 annual training allowance; partially subsidized language classes (English, French, German, and others); partially co-financed private health insurance; a birthday gift from our farm; free coffee; and fresh fruit and vegetables from our farmers available on-site.
**If you’ve read this far**
We don’t require your CV to match perfectly. What matters is that you can spot a quality issue before it becomes a complaint, that you handle both product and data confidently, and that you’re unbothered by shifting rhythms from one day to the next. If you want to join the team ensuring everything leaving Museros meets the standard before traveling to 28 countries — we want to meet you.
