As a **Project Manager BMS** (Building Management System), you will be responsible for defining, planning, and executing building management system projects—coordinating tasks and teams, and ensuring buildings under our management achieve maximum efficiency and sustainability. **What Will Be Your Responsibilities?** * Plan, coordinate, and lead building management system projects from the design phase through implementation. * Ensure adherence to timelines, cost control, and resource optimization at every project stage. * Adapt and harmonize existing building systems. * Validate system outputs (data quality). * Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction of expectations, manage additional requirements, and support them in analyzing and understanding key data and metrics. * Identify optimization opportunities. * Collaborate across departments—including Sales and Operations—to implement solutions aligned with identified opportunities. **What Profile Are We Looking For?** Industrial Engineering or equivalent higher education in HVAC or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience managing BMS, HVAC, or similar sector projects. Knowledge of automation systems, including communication protocols (BACnet, Modbus, KNX). Knowledge of and proficiency in AutoCAD. A high level of English is desirable.
