Project Manager - Insurance

From Winning Consulting, we are looking for a Project Manager / PMO Consultant to join our teams in a strategic transformation programme for a leading international insurance company. Location: Hybrid \- Spain Responsibilities * Lead and coordinate transformation initiatives across business and technology teams, ensuring scope, planning, risks, dependencies, and deliverables are properly managed. * Provide PMO support across global workstreams, including project tracking, reporting, governance materials, RAID logs, action plans and decision follow\-up. * Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, IT teams and external partners, ensuring alignment and clear communication. * Support business analysis activities when needed: requirements gathering, process documentation, workshops and functional follow\-up. * Prepare executive\-level presentations, status reports and steering committee materials. * Monitor progress, identify risks or blockers, and drive actions to ensure timely delivery. * Coordinate international stakeholders and support the adoption of new processes, tools or operating models. **Requirements** ---------------- * Proven experience as Project Manager, PMO Consultant or Business Consultant in transformation projects. * Previous experience in consulting or professional services environments will be highly valued. * Strong PMO skills: planning, reporting, governance, risk management, follow\-up and stakeholder coordination. * Experience working in international and cross\-functional environments. * Background in insurance or financial services is highly valued. * Strong communication skills and ability to prepare clear executive documentation. * Fluent English and Spanish. **Nice to have** ---------------- * Experience in insurance transformation projects, operating model changes, process improvement or digital initiatives. * Knowledge of Agile, hybrid or waterfall delivery models. * Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel or similar. * Additional European language will be positively valued.
