We’re expanding our team! We are looking for a Project Execution Manager to join us in person at our Bilbao office. We want to bring on board an organized, solution-oriented individual with a global vision—someone capable of coordinating projects and supporting our multidisciplinary teams day-to-day. Your role will be to help transform complexity and constant change into operational clarity: organizing tasks, aligning teams, tracking project progress, and facilitating smooth, efficient, and coordinated work. What You’ll Do You will coordinate projects and multidisciplinary teams, adapting to diverse working styles, profiles, and dynamics—ensuring work progresses smoothly, systematically, and aligned across all stakeholders. You will actively track tasks, daily stand-ups, meetings, deliverables, timelines, and blockers—providing clarity, context, and visibility into the actual status of projects. You will define priorities when everything seems urgent and reorganize plans and tasks with agility and judgment in response to daily changes. You will identify risks, dependencies, and potential deviations before they become problems—seeking solutions and helping redefine priorities as needed. You will facilitate communication among strategy, design, development, and clients to ensure coordinated, efficient, and frictionless execution. You will help ground ideas and needs into concrete actions—turning complexity into operational organization and making things happen. You will contribute to improving how we work—bringing structure, adaptability, and sound judgment to an ever-evolving environment. What We’re Looking For Experience coordinating digital projects in dynamic environments—especially those related to design, strategy, technology, or creative consultancy. Ability to convert conversations, ideas, and evolving needs into clear tasks, priorities, and actionable next steps. Resilience to work with shifting timelines and environments where new challenges constantly emerge—requiring agile, judicious, and adaptive reprioritization. Order amid complexity—delivering clarity, organization, and visibility even in changing contexts. Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams—facilitating work and communication without rigidifying processes or creating friction. Global perspective, autonomy, solution-oriented mindset, and strong communication skills to navigate constant-change environments naturally. Ease adapting to different types of projects, teams, and work rhythms—and understanding that attention to detail is also part of excellent execution—you’ll enjoy working here. Languages **English and Basque:** ideal if you can work confidently in both. What We Offer Permanent contract from day one. Annual gross salary between €26,000 and €28,000, depending on profile and experience. Flexible start time (7:30–8:30 AM) and end time (4:00–5:00 PM), with Friday afternoons off.
