Our culture is built upon collaboration, integrity, and commitment to quality. **Job Responsibilities:** As a Project Engineer, your main responsibilities will include, among others: * **Piping Measurement:** Conduct detailed on-site measurements of installed piping and fittings, as well as estimate the kilograms of installed supports. This task is essential for physical progress monitoring of the project. * **Work Certifications:** Prepare and submit monthly work certifications, supported by robust justifications and relevant documentation (isometrics, drawings, etc.), for client approval. This requires a thorough understanding of the project status and contractual terms. * **Supplier Certification Review:** Analyze and verify certifications submitted by our suppliers, ensuring compliance with quality standards and contractual terms. * **Daily Documentation Management:** Send daily work delivery notes to headquarters (Cartagena) via email, ensuring traceability and timely recording of received materials and services. * **Production Monitoring and Control:** Closely supervise production both on-site (Exolum Huelva facilities) and at the fabrication workshop (platforms). While workshop monitoring will not require physical presence, it will be conducted virtually using communication tools (Teams, email, telephone), ensuring efficiency and adherence to deadlines. * **Project Cost Control:** Be responsible for updating and maintaining the project cost control sheet, monitoring expenditures and preventing budget deviations. * **Time Management and Incident Reporting:** Record daily in the internal tracking system the hours worked by site personnel. Immediately report any relevant incidents, such as staff absences or other events that may affect normal project execution. * **Procurement Management:** Maintain thorough oversight of purchases already made and manage new purchase requests, coordinating with respective departments to ensure timely supply of required materials. * **Scope and Client Management:** Proactively identify, communicate, and manage work exceeding the original contract scope, maintaining smooth and effective communication with the client for approval and billing. * **Technical Documentation Drafting and Tracking:** Draft and perform daily tracking of technical and administrative documentation related to the project. **Candidate Requirements:** * **Academic Qualification:** Engineering degree (Industrial, Civil, Mechanical or related field). * **Professional Experience:** Minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience in similar roles, preferably within engineering, construction, or industrial sectors, with strong emphasis on project and construction supervision. * **Technical Knowledge:** Solid understanding of fabrication processes, piping installation, steel structures, and construction management. Familiarity with reading and interpreting drawings and technical documentation (isometrics, P\&IDs, etc.). * **Management Skills:** Proven ability in cost control, schedule management, production tracking, and personnel supervision. * **Digital Competencies:** Proficiency in office software (advanced Excel is mandatory), project management systems, and virtual communication platforms (Microsoft Teams). * **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, suppliers, and work teams. * **Proactivity and Problem-Solving:** Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to efficiently identify and resolve incidents. * **Languages:** Proficiency in English is considered a plus. * **Availability:** Willingness to work at Exolum Huelva facilities. **What We Offer:** * Integration into a sector-leading company with large-scale projects. * Opportunities for professional development and continuous training. * Permanent contract and competitive conditions. * A collaborative and professional work environment.
