We are seeking a **Project Director** for an industrial company specializing in equipment for transportation and mobility infrastructure in Valencia. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the company’s entire project portfolio, leading Project Managers and ensuring the planning, execution, and closure of large-scale projects (developments, industrial construction, infrastructure, etc.), guaranteeing adherence to deadlines, budgets, quality standards, and alignment with the company’s overall strategy. **Key Responsibilities:** * Overall management of the company’s project portfolio. * Coordination, supervision, and technical support to Project Managers. * Strategic planning, objective definition, and resource prioritization. * Monitoring of overall progress, timelines, budgets, and KPIs. * Risk management and proposal of effective solutions. * Direct engagement with strategic clients and oversight of communications. * Review and validation of technical documentation and drawings. * Promotion of collaboration among technical units, production, quality, and site operations. * Process optimization and continuous improvement in project management. **Requirements:** * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field. * Solid experience in managing construction, development, or large-volume projects. * Experience leading teams. * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Desired: English and/or French. **We Offer:** * Opportunity for **professional growth** within an established company. * **Continuous training** in sector-specific techniques and processes. * **Permanent contract** and job stability. * Remuneration: negotiable according to profile.
