Production Operator

Description

Job Mission Operate the decoration lines (painting and matting) ensuring product quality, compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards required by BRCGS, and productive performance in accordance with established objectives. Main Functions and Responsibilities **Line Operation** * Prepare, start up, and adjust painting/mattting equipment (paint booths, spray guns, drying/curing ovens, matte varnish systems). * Feed the line with product, control the flow, and perform format/color changes according to production orders. **Quality** * Perform in-process self-quality checks (appearance, coverage, gloss/matte finish, adhesion, surface defects) per internal procedures. * Record results in quality control forms (traceability, PCC/PPR if applicable). * Segregate and report non-conforming products per the non-conformance procedure. **BRCGS / Food Safety and Quality** * Comply with personal hygiene requirements, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), foreign body control, and cross-contamination prevention. * Implement cleaning and disinfection plans (POES) for equipment and work area. * Collaborate in internal/external audits and implementation of corrective actions. **Maintenance and Safety** * Report malfunctions or incidents to the maintenance supervisor. * Comply with occupational health and safety regulations (PRL) and use of PPE (masks, gloves, respiratory protection against solvents/VOCs). **Documentation** * Complete production reports, traceability records, and process control checklists. Working Hours: Monday to Friday on rotating shifts: 7:00–15:00 and 15:00–23:00 Vacation: 32 working days per year as per collective agreement Salary: €18.904,00 per year Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract Work Location: On-site employment
