PRODUCTION ENGINEER (Area Technician)

Job Summary: Incarlopsa is seeking an Area Technician to implement Lean tools, supervise production, and promote compliance with quality standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the implementation of Lean tools in production. 2. Collaborate on optimizing production processes and cost control. 3. Drive compliance with quality standards and occupational health and safety (PRL). Incarlopsa, a leading company in the production of high-quality meat products, is selecting an **AREA TECHNICIAN** for one of our production centers located in Corral de Almaguer. Your main responsibilities will be: * Monitor and implement Lean tools within the department, identifying and supporting departmental needs, training staff, etc. * Supervise and collaborate on executing departmental production tasks (increasing productivity, controlling costs, leading projects, managing staffing levels, etc.). * Promote compliance with quality and occupational health and safety (PRL) standards among team members. * **Minimum Education** Industrial Organization Engineering or equivalent * **Minimum Experience** Knowledge of production processes * **Required Languages** Spanish * **Minimum Requirements** * Strong communication and leadership skills * Adaptability to rotating shifts * Advanced Excel proficiency
