Oxigent Technologies is seeking a **Senior Procurement Engineer** to join an **industrial EPCM project** located in **Barcelona**.
Your mission will be to comprehensively manage **procurements of services, equipment, and construction companies**, closely coordinating with various engineering teams and overseeing contracts, costs, changes, and issues throughout the entire project lifecycle.
**What will be your main responsibilities?**
* **Comprehensively manage procurements** of service packages, equipment supply, and construction companies for industrial projects under the **EPCM model**.
* **Define and develop the project’s procurement strategy**.
* **Technically coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams**.
* Identify and select **suppliers, contractors, installation companies, and service providers**.
* **Monitor contracts and perform financial control** over contractors, suppliers, and service providers.
* **Manage Change Orders** and contractual modifications.
* **Manage and resolve issues arising during the construction phase**.
**What qualifications and experience do you need?**
* **University degree in Engineering — mandatory.**
* **Minimum of 4 years’ experience** in procurement and purchasing management for projects.
* Demonstrable experience in **Fast Track projects** and under the **EPCM model**.
* Experience in **procurement management during the construction phase**, including issue resolution and contractor monitoring.
* Experience in **contract management, Change Orders, and financial control** of projects.
* **English level B2+**.
* Experience in **large-scale industrial projects in Spain**, under the **EPC model**, and in the **Energy, Oil & Gas, and Industrial sectors** will be valued.
