Summary Job ID: ES\_HQ00355 Location: 08174 Sant Cugat del Vallès Professional Area: Category Management Responsibility Level: Professional Working Hours: Full-time Responsibilities * Support the distribution of assigned procurement contractual documentation received. * Verify information and documentation for assigned commercial publications (e.g., brochures, IMA, etc.). * Archive supplier documentation and negotiation sheets. * Coordinate interdepartmentally to ensure proper management of the I\&O product range. * Support tender execution and creation of negotiation frameworks. * Assist in coordinating and requesting product samples from suppliers for tasting sessions, ensuring timely receipt within established deadlines. * Participate in sensory analyses of products to guarantee product quality. * Review and correct contracts and item pricing. * Register and review contractual terms and conditions. * Resolve incidents within your scope of responsibility related to items, pricing, suppliers, internal processes, and operations. * Review corporate logo usage in communications, packaging, and product labeling assigned to you. * Ensure adherence to deadlines for actions requiring them. * Report logistical incidents (e.g., delays, stockouts, lack of in-store availability). Requirements * Vocational training in Administrative Management, Administration and Finance, or a related field. * At least two years’ prior experience as an Administrative Assistant. * Experience in reviewing, managing, verifying, and analyzing documentation. * Experience handling large volumes of data and documentation. * Advanced Excel skills. * Minimum English proficiency level: B2.
