At **G+D Mobile Security**, a world leader in secure telecommunications systems, we are looking for a **Process Excellence Expert** to join our team in Barcelona. The Process Excellence Expert acts as the right hand and partner to the Process Excellence Lead, working closely on the same strategic topics and initiatives. This role not only drives and supports process improvement and digital transformation but also helps set up and nurture a community of practice around process excellence. **Your tasks/responsibilities** ------------------------------- * Support the Process Excellence Manager in designing and orchestrating a high-performing global process organization * Lead and manage enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce cost, and improve quality * Analyze existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and design optimized workflows * Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Business and Group Services / IT to ensure alignment of process improvements with business objectives * Support digital transformation initiatives by integrating process improvements with automation and AI / technology solutions * Act as a change agent, ensuring adoption of new processes and tools across the organization * Develop and maintain process documentation standards, including process maps and guidelines * Assist in facilitating workshops, training sessions, and continuous improvement activities **Your profile** ---------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field * 2–5 years of experience in process improvement, operations, or a similar role * Basic knowledge of continuous improvement and process methodologies (certification is a plus) * Experience with process documentation and analysis tools * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to map, analyze, and improve processes * Good project coordination and organizational skills * Team-oriented with a proactive and solution-focused attitude * Very good English skills; German would be a plus **What’s great about working with us:** --------------------------------------- * **Culture and diversity:** Join a people-oriented environment with diverse nationalities and strong team spirit, flat hierarchies (everyone speaks to everyone).
