Your main responsibility will be to ensure that machines operate correctly and that products meet quality standards. This involves monitoring and adjusting machine parameters to achieve optimal injection efficiency, as well as handling material loading and unloading. It will be important to keep your work area well organized, manage product stock levels, and facilitate material movement—for example, by using forklifts. We value candidates who can work both independently and as part of a team, and who maintain a clean and orderly workspace. Specific formal training is not mandatory; we place greater emphasis on practical experience and your ability to learn. We seek a proactive individual with strong attention to detail, capable of adapting to changing production rhythms and contributing to achieving set objectives. A salary aligned with the applicable collective agreement will be offered, along with the possibility of a permanent contract after a probationary period. This position is intended for someone aiming to grow within the industrial sector, taking on responsibilities related to machinery control and logistics. Flexibility to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night) is required. Necessary machinery operation training will be provided; however, prior experience in industrial roles is expected.
