Join us in pursuing solutions for a sustainable future.** ACCIONA, within its Water business, requires a technician for its pilot plant at the San Pedro del Pinatar desalination facility. **Job Description** The responsibilities associated with this position are as follows: * Operation of pilot seawater desalination plants (granular filtration, ultrafiltration, reverse osmosis, remineralization, etc.). * Conducting experiments at the pilot plant level. * Sampling and performing analytical tests related to experimentation. * Maintenance and execution of minor modifications to pilot plants (repairing water leaks, replacing equipment, checking and rectifying minor electrical faults, cleaning pilot plants). * Data processing and interpretation. * Support in report writing and preparation of presentations. * Supervision and management of subcontractors. **Candidate Requirements** We seek a person with strong teamwork skills, initiative, and motivation. Ability to perform manual tasks methodically, meticulously, and in an orderly manner. Capacity for work organization. Flexibility. Critical analytical ability, proposal of improvements, and implementation thereof. Requirements: **Academic Qualifications**: * Higher Vocational Training Module (Water Treatment Plant Operator, Technician in Water Treatment Networks and Stations, Chemistry, Operation and Maintenance, Higher Technician in Water Management, Environmental Health, Higher Technician in Instrumental Analysis) / * Technical Engineering degree. **Specialization**: * Regulation and control of automatic systems, or mechanics, or electricity. **Experience**: * Minimum two years’ experience in water treatment (ideally seawater desalination), chemistry, operation, and maintenance. **Languages**: * English: B2. **Computer Skills**: * Advanced Office suite proficiency (especially Excel). **Other Requirements / Knowledge**: * Availability for occasional travel. * Valid driver’s license. *We are a company that values diversity as a source of talent and therefore actively foster an inclusive environment promoting respect, belonging, and commitment so that everyone can participate on equal footing.
