We are expanding our team at the Malpica Plant (Zaragoza) and seeking 2 committed, responsible individuals eager to join a growing industrial environment. * One permanent contract and one temporary contract, with potential integration into the permanent staff. * Full-time schedule (40 hours per week). * Working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with possible future implementation of rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts. What are the main responsibilities of this position?: * Receiving and managing industrial materials/waste. * Loading and unloading industrial materials/waste. * Sorting and segregating industrial materials/waste. * Filling/conditioning into various containers. * Sorting of plastic film and other waste. * Feeding and monitoring the baler machine. * Adjusting operating parameters of the baler (pressure, bale length) according to processed materials. * Verifying proper operation of section machinery, paying special attention to blockages/jams and the strapping system. * Removing and storing finished products (bales), where applicable. * Stacking bales safely in compliance with internal safety regulations regarding height and stacking configuration to prevent collapse. * Maintaining order and cleanliness of facilities. **Requirements:** --------------- What are the requirements?: * Minimum 1 year of experience performing production operator duties. * Minimum 1 year of forklift operation experience. * Valid forklift operator license. * Prior experience in the recycling sector is desirable. * Availability to start immediately.
