Leading and personalizing functional training sessions in small groups **Description** Belar Wellness Center is a specialized training center focused on small-group and personal training, with over 16 locations across the Valencian Community, Aragon, and Castilla-La Mancha. Its proprietary Belar methodology adapts each session to the individual client’s fitness level and medical conditions. It is not a commercial gym: it is a family-like community where the trainer develops in-depth knowledge of each person. **Responsibilities** * Lead and personalize functional training sessions in small groups (maximum 8–10 people) * Design and vary sessions covering strength, cardio, endurance, mobility, and postural correction * Adapt daily training to clients’ medical conditions, injuries, and fitness levels * Plan structured sessions: warm-up, main part (circuits, AMRAP, EMOM, Tabata…), and cool-down * Manage bookings and schedule via the center’s mobile app * Foster a positive atmosphere, motivate members, and enhance member retention * Maintain center order and cleanliness according to internal standards * Support new member acquisition (free trial day) **Requirements / What We Offer** * Degree in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences (CAFYD), Higher Technician in Physical Activity and Sports Animation (TAFAD), or equivalent specialized qualification * Demonstrable experience in functional training and/or instructor-led activities * Ability to adapt training to diverse profiles: youth, seniors, individuals with medical conditions, varying fitness levels * Strong communication skills, proactive attitude, and client-oriented mindset * Commitment to punctuality and adherence to company internal policies Salary: €12,000.00–€18,000.00 per year Work Location: On-site employment
