Adecco Outsourcing is seeking to hire a Process Improvement Technician in Madrid, with possible locations in San Fernando de Henares or Alcorcón, within our specialized division for logistics and industry. You will be responsible for improving processes in services identified by the Regional Management, ensuring effective intervention and coordinating Kaizen Teams to optimize operational efficiency. Key responsibilities: \- Execute specific improvement actions established by Regional Management. \- Coordinate with operations and service managers in assigned areas. \- Lead and manage Kaizen Teams, driving continuous improvement. \- Visit and analyze services to implement improvements aligned with the company’s strategy. \- Train and support service managers in intervention areas. \- Report progress and results of implemented improvement actions. ### **Requirements** \- Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree (preferably in technical fields). \- Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles. \- Prior experience managing medium-to-large-scale logistics or industrial operations is desirable. \- Valid driver's license ### **We Offer** Benefits: \- We care about your onboarding.
