You will lead the integration of IoT systems at the edge with a cloud-based data platform in sectors such as industry, energy, and aerospace. You will work closely with business, data architecture, and technology teams to ensure high-impact solutions. **Key Responsibilities Include:** We seek a candidate with extensive experience in IoT projects and products to join our team and develop and implement analytics solutions for real-world use cases, always within the framework of applying and using artificial intelligence algorithms: * Integrate IoT devices and BMS/SCADA systems into cloud-based data architectures, ensuring end-to-end interoperability and facilitating advanced data exploitation via cloud services. * Design, implement, and manage operational procedures, policies, specifications, and standardization processes for deploying interoperable BMS/SCADA systems that support scalability. * Monitor and analyze data from BMS/SCADA systems to proactively identify and act upon optimization opportunities, energy efficiency improvements, and cost savings, while validating proper system functionality. * Provide strategic insights and recommendations to management on trends, improvements, issues, team capabilities, industry best practices, and emerging BMS/SCADA technologies powered by artificial intelligence. * Support the commercial team in preparing proposals for implementing BMS or SCADA systems in digital projects with a strong emphasis on artificial intelligence usage. **What We Expect From You:** * More than 5 years of experience in Smart Buildings or Smart Industry projects (university degree preferred), including deployments of BMS and SCADA systems. * Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a dynamic environment. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with clients and non-technical users. * Highly valued: experience in data analytics on visualization platforms. * Highly valued: knowledge of artificial intelligence systems applied to buildings, infrastructure, or industry. **Technical Skills** * Extensive experience in BMS/SCADA programming and automation for building and industrial control. * Knowledge of IoT connectivity technologies: MQTT, LoRaWAN, Zigbee, etc. * Ability to remotely troubleshoot IP communication issues for networks such as Niagara, MQTT, BACnet/IP, OPC UA, and SNMP. * Ability to integrate and remotely resolve issues across multiple communication protocols—including BACnet, LON, Modbus, SNMP, OPC—on a single cloud platform based on Microsoft Azure. * In-depth knowledge of HVAC, lighting, security, and other building systems, as well as energy management principles. * Advanced proficiency with engineering tools and products such as TAC Vista and Schneider Electric’s Struxure, or TRIDIUM N4\. * Highly valued: Python programming knowledge. * Prior experience in digital solutions, working with a cloud-architecture-based software development team, is positively considered. **What We Offer You:** These are some of the benefits you’ll enjoy at Sener: * You’ll have the opportunity to participate in innovative, high-technology international projects, collaborating with a multidisciplinary and highly qualified team. * You’ll enjoy better time management through our flexible working hours and remote work policies. * You can optimize your salary with our flexible compensation plan (meal card, private health insurance, childcare vouchers, etc.) and benefit from life and accident insurance. * We’ll support your physical and emotional wellbeing through our wellness program, which includes sports, workshops, etc. * We’ll foster your professional development with technical training, soft skills, language courses, etc., helping you continue growing and achieving your goals. * We promote equal opportunities, diversity, and inclusion for all individuals and are certified as a Family-Friendly Entity (efr).
