In Getafe, a position is available at a logistics warehouse in the meat industry, where work takes place in refrigerated chambers between 4 and 8 °C and freezing zones down to \-24 °C. This role is critical to ensuring the integrity of the cold chain and product quality. Main responsibilities include preparing orders using radio-frequency terminals, operating electric and manual pallet trucks, and organizing orders for their dispatch routes—verifying quantities, formats, and product condition. Additionally, maintaining workplace order and managing waste (plastic, cardboard, labels) for recycling, as well as occasional inventory tasks. The contract is temporary, arranged through a temporary employment agency, with potential for permanent employment based on performance. Working hours are Monday to Friday on rotating shifts. Previous experience in logistics or order picking is required, preferably in cold environments. Proficiency in using radio-frequency terminals and operating pallet trucks is essential. Candidates must be organized, meticulous, and capable of working effectively in teams under low-temperature conditions.
