Here’s how you’ll put this into practice: * Support the EHS \& Operations In\-Store Lead or Manager in store operations and Health \& Safety tasks, such as completing checklists, assisting with inspections and audits, and managing waste and systems. * Manage daily and weekly cash office reports. * Promote compliance with company policies and procedures. * Support the store’s management team in achieving operational excellence. * Report and escalate incidents according to company procedures and policies. **What Are We Looking For?** Operational control is highly important at Primark, so we need the right person for this role. This is what we require from you: * Planning and organizational skills with strong attention to detail. * An honest individual, excellent communicator, and comfortable working with numbers. * Customer orientation — both external and internal — and ability to identify potential issues and resolve incidents, keeping the store’s management team informed. * Ideally, experience in retail and handling cash in a highly dynamic environment. * Geographic mobility is not required but is valued. * Teamwork, high motivation, and a positive attitude.
