At **Café Pino**, a renowned restaurant located in La Moraleja, we are seeking to hire an **Office and Kitchen Cleaning Assistant**, a role essential to the daily operation of our team. **Location** Café Pino – La Moraleja (Alcobendas, Madrid) **Contract Type** Substitution contract with potential for permanent integration into the staff. **Working Hours** Rotating morning or afternoon shifts. **Salary** Competitive salary \+ tips \+ commissions. **Main Responsibilities** * Operation of the dishwashing line. * Manual washing of pots, pans, trays, and other kitchen utensils. * Collection and clearing of dishes and materials used during service. * Cleaning and maintenance of the office area. * General kitchen and facility cleaning: refrigerated chambers, doorbells, extractor hoods, walls, floors, windows, and other work areas. * Adherence to company-established cleaning and hygiene protocols. **Requirements** * Prior experience in office, cleaning, or kitchen roles is desirable. * Ability to work in an organized and efficient manner. * Responsible, committed individual with a positive attitude. * Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions. * Availability to work rotating shifts. **What We Offer** * Opportunity to join an established restaurant with a positive work environment. * Real possibility of long-term employment and internal career development. * Competitive salary, commissions, and tips. * 45 calendar days of vacation per year.
