Your mission is to guarantee **safe, high-quality healthcare centered on the individual**. Your main responsibilities will include... **Monitoring residents’ health status**, administering medication and treatments, performing wound dressings, monitoring vital signs, and managing chronic conditions. **Participating in the Individualized Care Plan and coordinating care** with other professionals at the facility. **Promoting best clinical practices and risk prevention**, contributing to care quality and continuity. **Accompanying and advising residents and their families**, collaborating with the team and documenting residents’ progress to ensure **continuity of care**. #### **What do you need?** #### **Education:** Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. #### **Other skills and knowledge:** If you enjoy **caring for older adults**, **working as part of a team**, and delivering **person-centered, close attention**, this position may be right for you. #### **Experience:** Previous experience in the **socio-healthcare sector** will be valued.
