Incident management and administrative tasks **Description:** ---------------- Citius Hostelería specializes in managing Housekeeping and Common Areas departments, responding to the growing need among hotel companies for higher levels of innovation and specialization to meet new market challenges and demands. We are currently seeking a concierge. RESPONSIBILITIES: Access control and security: Monitoring surveillance cameras, inspecting doors and windows, and screening unauthorized individuals. Guest service and hospitality: Welcoming guests (especially late check\-ins at hotels), handling telephone inquiries, and managing urgent requests. Maintenance patrols: Inspecting facilities to verify proper operation of critical equipment (boilers, lighting, elevators) and prevent malfunctions. Noise control and mediation: Ensuring harmonious coexistence and rest by addressing noise complaints or other disturbances within the building. Incident management: Providing first response to emergencies, identifying equipment failures, or activating required security protocols. Administrative tasks: Collecting packages outside business hours, drafting incident reports, and issuing keys.
