Accompaniment and direct supervision of individuals with more intensive support needs. Assistance in basic activities if required (mobility, personal organization, communication, etc.). Collaboration with the responsible monitoring team to ensure safety, inclusion, and active participation of all users. **Personal profile we seek:** An empathetic, patient, and solution-oriented person. Observant, able to work well in a team, and attentive to individual needs. Good communication skills with the team, users, and families (mostly elderly parents).
