GYMNASTICS INSTRUCTOR

Description

We are seeking a Gymnastics and Physical Activity Instructor to deliver guided activities for older adults within an active aging and dependency prevention program. Main Responsibilities * Delivering gymnastics and physical activity sessions adapted to participants. * Promoting the maintenance of adequate physical capacity. * Conducting exercises aimed at preventing problems arising from sedentary lifestyles. * Encouraging regular physical exercise practice. * Promoting healthy habits that contribute to maintaining good physical condition. * Planning and organizing sessions. * Monitoring participants. * Coordinating with the team responsible for the service. Requirements * Education related to physical activity and sports. The following qualifications will be especially valued: * Higher Technician in Sociosports Teaching and Animation (TSEAS) or former TAFAD. * Higher Technician in Physical Conditioning (TSAF). * Bachelor's Degree/Licentiate in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences (CAFYD/INEF). * Other equivalent qualifications or training related to physical activity, sports, or gymnastics. * Ability to lead group physical activities. * Availability for immediate incorporation. Valued: * Experience as a gymnastics, physical activity, or sports instructor. Also Valued * Experience working with adults and older people. * Experience in active aging programs, health promotion, or dependency prevention. * Communication skills, ability to energize groups, and adapt exercises to participants' capabilities. Conditions * Part-time position of 15 hours per week. * Fixed schedule from Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 12:00. * On-site position in O Pereiro de Aguiar (Ourense). * Immediate incorporation.
