You will join an innovative environment equipped with advanced technology, offering job stability and professional development opportunities. **Job Mission** Carry out production changeovers, ensuring proper mold disassembly and assembly, as well as machine startup until the first conforming part is obtained. **Key Responsibilities** * Assemble and disassemble molds on production machinery * Prepare and verify equipment prior to assembly * Start up and adjust machinery until correct parts are produced * Identify issues and propose technical solutions * Suggest improvements to production processes **Requirements** * Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification * Minimum 3 years of experience in an industrial environment * Knowledge of mechanical tools and machinery adjustment * Forklift license is a plus * Proactive, solution-oriented profile with a focus on continuous improvement **We Offer** * Opportunity to join an established company within its sector * Indefinite-term contract: job stability and professional development * Location: Vilafranca del Penedès * Salary: **€34,000 gross annual** * Schedule: Weekly rotating shifts from Monday to Friday: 06:00 – 14:00 14:00 – 22:00 22:00 – 06:00
