At El Corte Inglés, our work is a shared passion.** **The project awaiting you.** Your primary mission will be to participate in defining engineering projects within your scope. You will produce technical drawings used in these engineering projects. **Key responsibilities and requirements.** **Responsibilities:** * Drafting using CAD/Revit software * Modeling elements by adding or updating required information according to specified requirements. * Creating information models aligned with standards and objectives defined in the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and project BIM workflow criteria. * Developing deliverables and extracting data based on the discipline’s BIM platform. * Developing the information model for a specific design discipline. * Following guidelines established by the BIM technicians of your work team. * Coordinating with design and model changes from other disciplines. **Requirements:** * Qualification as a Higher Technician in Building Services Projects, Construction Projects, or similar; and/or BIM Modeler. * Proficiency in Revit\-MEP/ACC. * Basic knowledge of building services systems * Basic computer skills (Excel/Word) for administrative management tasks * Prior experience as a draftsman/modeler for all types of building services installations, with mandatory familiarity with BIM methodology and Revit drafting. **We offer a variety of social benefits contributing to your well-being.** * Exclusive discounts and financing options. * Life insurance. * Corporate University. * Continuous training for professional development. * Educational assistance for employees’ children. * In-house medical service. * Flexible compensation plan. **If this position interests you, we invite you to apply—your experience could be highly valuable to us.
