We are seeking a **Maintenance Technician** for one of our group companies in Spain, **Ecología, Nutrición y Salud.** You will join a project **in strong development**, featuring new innovative product lines and a robust expansion strategy. Key responsibilities include: **Job Mission** Ensure the proper operation, availability, and preservation of facilities, production equipment, and auxiliary systems at the pharmaceutical plant, guaranteeing compliance with quality, safety, hygiene, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards, under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager. **Responsibilities** ---------- * Carry out **preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance** tasks on industrial machinery and facilities. * Diagnose and resolve **mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and/or hydraulic failures**. * Perform adjustments, repairs, and component replacements on production equipment and general services. * Accurately record maintenance interventions in the established **technical systems and documentation**. * Comply with **internal procedures, GMP standards, occupational health and safety (PRL), and environmental regulations**. * Collaborate in the commissioning, improvement, or modification of equipment and facilities. * Coordinate with the Maintenance Manager and other departments (Production, Quality, PRL). * Maintain order, cleanliness, and appropriate use of tools and spare parts. * Support the management and supervision of work carried out by **external contractors**. **Requirements** -------------- * **Education** Vocational Training at intermediate or advanced level in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Electricity, Electromechanics, or related fields. * **Experience** Minimum **1–2 years** of industrial maintenance experience. Experience in the **pharmaceutical, food, or other regulated industrial sectors** is desirable. * **Technical Knowledge** Knowledge of mechanics, industrial electricity, pneumatics, and hydraulics. Familiarity with **Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)**, validations, critical equipment, and cleanrooms is desirable. **Languages** * **Spanish:** high or native level (mandatory). * **Technical English:** basic–intermediate level, sufficient to: * Interpret technical manuals, equipment data sheets, and manufacturer instructions. * Understand technical documentation and standard nomenclature. * Knowledge of additional languages is advantageous if required by machinery or suppliers. **Competencies and Skills** * Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly. * Rigor, organization, and commitment to quality and regulatory compliance. * Proactivity and capacity for continuous learning. * Skill in analyzing and resolving technical incidents. * Responsibility and commitment to safety. **Desirable** * Availability to work shifts or on-call duties. * Training in Occupational Risk Prevention (electrical hazards, working at height, confined spaces, etc.). * Forklift or aerial work platform license. * Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS/GMAO). **Benefits** -------------- * Contract type: permanent, full-time. * On-site position. * Salary: attractive salary to be determined based on experience and qualifications. * Availability: immediate.
