**Overview:** ELEMENT MATERIALS TECHNOLOGY is a global provider of Testing, Inspection, and Certification services for materials and products, with a presence in more than 25 countries. We are currently conducting a recruitment process for a MACHINING TECHNICIAN position at our facility in Aerópolis, La Rinconada, Sevilla. You will be responsible for machining metallic and composite test specimens prior to testing, using machining centers, diamond disc cutting machines, lathes, and various conventional machines. Additionally, you will participate in the programming, optimization, and improvement of machining processes to ensure the quality and efficiency of sample preparation. **Responsibilities:** **Key responsibilities include:** * Using cutting equipment to prepare samples for testing according to client specifications. * Programming and optimizing CNC machines for machining test specimens, fixtures, and other components required for testing execution. * Fabricating fixtures for machining test specimens. * Preparing auxiliary test materials. * Reading and interpreting engineering drawings. * Dimensional inspection of machined parts. * Performing basic maintenance on your work machines. * Participating in continuous improvement teams. **Skills / Qualifications:** **Requirements for this position:** * Vocational Training Certificate (FP) in Machining. * Ability to interpret engineering drawings. * Knowledge of CNC programming. **Company Description:** Element is one of the fastest-growing testing, inspection, and certification businesses in the world.
