We help independent brands scale efficiently by offering comprehensive logistics solutions that combine advanced technology, operational agility, and close customer service. Since 2020, we have developed a logistics platform supporting over 300 clients across Europe and the United States. With a team of more than 200 professionals in Barcelona, Madrid, Italy, and the U.S., and using our proprietary warehouse management system, Atenea, we deliver real-time visibility, route optimization, and full inventory control. We are driven by the energy of a young team that never tires of growing and innovating. At Amphora, we believe in **moving the needle** with purpose, **maintaining an inexhaustible attitude**, and **acting as a single team of warriors**. We are fueled by passion for improvement, learning, and courageously tackling challenges — always focused on generating real and sustainable impact. ### **The Role** We are seeking a **Logistics Process & Project Specialist** to join our Quality team and lead improvement and implementation projects directly on the ground. You will be a key player in transforming our logistics operations, driving initiatives that enhance efficiency, quality, and the way we work in our warehouses. Your day-to-day will combine analysis, coordination with various teams, and substantial on-site presence to ensure each project is successfully implemented and delivers tangible impact. You will work cross-functionally with Operations, Product, Tech, and other company areas, turning operational needs into projects that add business value. We seek a candidate with an analytical mindset, oriented toward continuous improvement, and capable of leading projects without direct managerial responsibility. Someone who enjoys solving problems, feels comfortable making decisions on the ground, and wishes to actively participate in the evolution of our logistics operations. ### **Responsibilities** ##### **1. Leadership of Logistics Transformation Projects** * Lead improvement and implementation projects from definition through stabilization in operations. * Coordinate the various involved teams (Operations, Product, Tech, Engineering, etc.) to ensure the success of each initiative. * Plan project phases to minimize impact on daily operations. * Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies, and drive their resolution. * Track project progress and ensure milestone and objective delivery. ##### **2. Continuous Improvement and Process Optimization** * Analyze operational processes to identify improvement opportunities. * Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Kaizen methodologies. * Design, implement, and standardize new work processes. * Measure improvement impact using operational KPIs and propose further actions when needed. * Share best practices to ensure standardization across operations. ##### **3. Implementation and Operational Validation** * Support implementations directly in the warehouse, ensuring efficient transitions. * Conduct Gemba walks and ongoing on-site follow-up of initiatives. * Validate that implemented solutions function correctly and meet defined objectives. * Identify post-Go-Live incidents and coordinate necessary corrective actions. * Collaborate closely with operational teams to ensure adoption of new processes. ##### **4. Technical Reference and Cross-Functional Coordination** * Act as technical reference for high-complexity or cross-functional projects. * Share methodologies, tools, and best practices with the broader team. * Collaborate on defining and evolving Quality area standards. * Facilitate communication among involved areas to ensure aligned and efficient execution. ### **Requirements** * 2–4 years’ experience coordinating projects and working in operational environments. * Experience in continuous improvement projects, process implementation, or operational transformation within dynamic settings. * Prior logistics experience is highly valued. * Advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency. * Analytical capability and data orientation. * Knowledge of Lean methodologies. * Advanced English. * Ability to lead projects without hierarchical authority. * Comfort working on-site and closely alongside operations. ### **Why Amphora?** High-impact role: Be the key point of contact with our clients and help define how we deliver logistics excellence. Innovative and approachable company: We operate in an entrepreneurial, flexible environment with a collaborative culture. Rapid growth: Join a scale-up where your work yields visible and immediate results. ️ Flexible compensation: Benefits for dining, transportation, and childcare via Cobee. Health and wellbeing: Private medical insurance with Adeslas included in the flexible compensation package. Team culture and wellbeing: Monthly afterworks and an environment that supports your personal and professional development. ### **In summary…** If you want to join a rapidly growing company where you can lead high-impact projects on operations and directly contribute to transforming our warehouses, this challenge is for you. At Amphora, you won’t just improve processes: you’ll participate in implementing new operations, technologies, and solutions that will shape the evolution of our logistics network. You’ll work very closely with Operations, Product, and Tech in a dynamic environment where ideas become projects and projects become results. If solving complex problems, being close to operations, and seeing the tangible business impact of your improvements motivates you, we’d love to meet you. ### **Selection Process** * 45-minute online interview with Carlota, Talent Acquisition Specialist. * 60-minute in-person interview with Joel, Manager of Quality.
