At **Behumax**, a company specializing in fitness equipment and experiencing rapid growth, we are seeking a **Logistics Operations Technician** to support our warehouse operations in Seville. We are looking for an organized, solution-oriented, and highly detail-focused individual who will directly participate in the daily management of orders and goods, helping us ensure that our logistics operations run smoothly. This position is on-site at an **external logistics center in Seville**, working in direct coordination with Behumax’s Operations team. Key responsibilities * Order preparation and management. * Goods receipt and verification. * Printing, preparation, and placement of labels. * Order review prior to dispatch. * Tracking of goods receipts, dispatches, and movements. * Support in inventories and stock controls. * Ensuring proper handling and preparation of our products. * Identification and reporting of errors or incidents. * Daily logistics operations monitoring to ensure orders are processed correctly and within scheduled deadlines. * Coordination with the logistics center staff and Behumax’s internal team. * Resolving and following up on day-to-day warehouse needs. What we’re looking for * Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, order picking, goods receipt, or dispatch activities. * An organized, responsible, and detail-oriented individual. * Ability to work autonomously and track tasks. * Capacity to identify errors and seek solutions. * Agility in handling orders, SKUs, labels, and documentation. * Regular use of computer tools. * Strong communication skills. * A proactive, dynamic individual accustomed to working under deadlines. Preferred qualifications * Experience with ERP systems or warehouse management software, particularly Odoo. * Experience in stock and inventory management. * Familiarity with PDAs and barcode scanners. * Experience collaborating with logistics providers or transportation agencies. * Experience in e-commerce or companies handling high order volumes.
