Optimizing deliveries, reducing costs, and delivering an excellent customer experience is what drives us every day. ### **The role** We are looking for a ***Logistics Manager*** with strategic vision and leadership skills to design and execute the company's comprehensive logistics strategy. You will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, SLA compliance, and cost optimization through warehouse management, coordination of high\-performance teams, and implementation of continuous improvements in processes and technologies. ### **What we offer?** * + Permanent contract. + Workplace in Santa Margarida i els Monjos (Vilafranca del Penedès). + Starting October 2025\. + 8 working hours per day, Monday to Friday, approximate schedule from 8:00 to 17:00 with one hour for lunch, with flexible hours. + 24 working days of annual vacation. + Opportunities for training and professional development. ### **Benefits** * + Monthly contribution of 100€ via Cobee for dining. + The remainder up to the legal maximum as flexible compensation. + Cobee for transportation, as flexible compensation. + Cobee for childcare, as flexible compensation. + Medical insurance with Adeslas, as flexible compensation. + Candidate Referral Program. + Language classes. + Monthly afterworks to strengthen our team spirit. + Coffee, tea, and fruit provided at the office. ### **What will your day look like?** * **Design and lead the comprehensive logistics strategy**, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with established SLAs. * **Supervise daily warehouse management** and plan medium\-term activities, ensuring achievement of goals and sustainable results. * **Lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams**, promoting collaboration, innovation, and excellence across all logistics operations. * **Analyze and manage logistics KPIs**, identifying improvement opportunities and defining action plans focused on continuous optimization. * **Drive process improvements and adoption of new technologies**, aiming to maximize efficiency and optimize costs. * **Manage relationships with strategic partners and internal clients**, ensuring high standards of quality and service. ### **What will make you succeed in this position?** * Experience in high\-volume logistics environments, with the ability to thrive in dynamic operations. * Engineering background preferred. * Proven operational leadership, demonstrating ability to manage teams and optimize processes with a focus on efficiency and results. * Strategic thinking to design and execute logistics plans. * Results\-oriented with attention to detail. * High motivation and proactiveness, with resilience in demanding and constantly evolving environments. * Native Spanish and English (minimum B2 level).
