Job Description: **Mission:** Collaborate on development and learning projects aimed at AXA employees and distributors, integrated into the annual 2026 training plan aligned with the company’s strategy and business needs. Collaborate on various projects led by the Diversity and Inclusion department to foster an inclusive culture and increase employee engagement. **Key Responsibilities:** * Support in designing and implementing leadership programs. Participate in the design, communication, and launch of Learning Initiatives 2026\. * Support in monitoring mandatory, regulatory, and procedural courses. * Support in tracking management indicators linked to learning environments. * Collaborate on upskilling and reskilling projects for professional families and priority organizational groups. * Contribute to Inclusion and Diversity initiatives through proposal development, implementation of actions, creation of communication materials, and facilitation activities, etc. * Create and update content on SharePoint. * Use office and digital tools to generate content and interpret KPIs. **Profile Requirements:** * Must be a student in the final years of the following undergraduate degrees: Psychology, Marketing * Advanced level of English. * Advanced proficiency in Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and digital tools. * Knowledge of creating and updating SharePoint sites is desirable. * Professional orientation toward the People function is desirable. * Strong attention to detail. * High orientation toward internal/external customers and strong communication and teamwork skills. * Goal-oriented mindset, as well as focus on processes and procedures. * Pro\-activity and high-quality performance in assigned tasks. **Why Join AXA Spain?** AXA Spain is one of the most relevant Talent Centers for AXA, with over 3\.000 employees working on local and international projects.
