**LABOR ORIENTATION AND CORPORATE PROSPECTION TECHNICIAN**

POSITION MISSION: Provide comprehensive support for users’ social and labor market integration to promote their active inclusion in society
**YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A LABOR ORIENTATION AND CORPORATE PROSPECTION TECHNICIAN**
**Individualized Support**
* Assessment of professional profile and training needs and support requirements for labor market integration.
* Design of individualized labor market integration pathways.
* Individual labor orientation and mentoring activities.
* Individualized follow-up and accompaniment throughout the entire intervention process.
* Identification of training resources, referrals, and coordination with those resources.
**Group Intervention**
Programming, implementation, and evaluation of:
* Workshops on personal, social, and professional skills.
* Workshops and activities on active job search.
* Workshops in secondary education centers.
* Awareness-raising activities targeting the educational sector, volunteers, and society at large.
* Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) workshops.
* Cross-cutting activities (gender and equal opportunities, labor rights, environmental awareness, etc.).
**Corporate Mediation**
* Corporate prospecting.
* Intermediation with companies.
**Other Responsibilities**
* Preparation of monitoring and final program justification reports, and other documents in coordination with other professionals.
* Participation in team coordination meetings, as well as meetings with other departments and programs within the organization or with external entities.
* Strengthening and supporting other professionals in the team.
* Accompanying and supporting volunteer or trainee staff assigned to the program.
* Reporting any incidents occurring within the program to the responsible program officer.
* Strengthening and supporting other professionals in the team. Accompanying and supporting volunteer or trainee staff assigned to the programs with which the position is linked.
* Drafting and preparing technical proposals containing up-to-date information for designing new social intervention projects and programs.
* As a member of Movimiento por la Paz (MPDL), you will participate in actions aimed at preventing abuse and harassment, and ensuring compliance with and respect for the internal Code of Conduct.
**WHAT WE OFFER**
* CONTRACT TYPE: **Substitution contract (until end of October)**. Immediate start. Professional Group 1 under the State Social Action Collective Agreement.
* WORK SCHEDULE: **37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday** (35 hours during summer).
* SALARY: As stipulated by the State Social Action Collective Agreement.
* HOLIDAYS: 23 working days plus specific days off under the Collective Agreement (pro-rated according to start date).
**Profile:**
* EDUCATION: **University degree related to social intervention and/or education**. Training in mediation and labor orientation or equivalent experience. Training and/or experience in Gender Equality and Human Rights is desirable.
* EXPERIENCE: Minimum of **1 year in labor market integration programs**. Experience in group and community interventions is valued. Experience in associative movements and knowledge of local resources is also valued. Experience in project justification and formulation, as well as networking with other agencies and entities, is valued.
* LANGUAGES: **English and/or French** are valued. Proficiency in additional languages—including Catalan—is desirable.
* IT SKILLS: User-level proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* OTHER: Knowledge of labor market integration and training resources in the intervention area. Recognized disabilities, women victims of gender-based violence, and/or any other situation of social vulnerability will be considered favorably.
