You will manage and monitor projects within the Packaging Management area + You will participate in the development and optimization of packaging and containers + You will coordinate projects with suppliers, printers, and manufacturers, as well as with internal departments such as Procurement, Logistics, Marketing, and Quality, among others + You will monitor deadlines and control project milestones + You will participate in sustainability and cost-reduction initiatives + You will support the search for new market solutions and trends **Are you the person we are looking for?** ------------------------------------- * Minimum qualification: Medium-level Vocational Training Cycle related to Industrial Design, Industrial Engineering, Product Development, Packaging Engineering, Graphic Arts, or similar fields * Minimum English proficiency level: B2 * Organizational skills, problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and dynamism We value: * Intermediate-to-advanced German language skills * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and Google Workspace * 2–5 years of experience in technical packaging roles, e.g., interpreting specifications from technical datasheets **What we offer** -------------------- * We provide tailored theoretical and practical training aligned with your role, enabling you to successfully tackle every challenge. * From the outset of the selection process, we guarantee objective evaluation criteria.
