We are currently expanding our team and seeking to hire a Sector Manager for the Food & Beverage Department. The primary mission of this role is to organize, coordinate, and supervise a specific area or sector of the dining room service, ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with the company’s established quality and service standards. **Responsibilities:** * Organize and supervise service in the assigned sector (restaurant, buffet, terrace, bar, or other points of sale). * Coordinate and assign tasks to waitstaff and support personnel within the sector. * Supervise customer service, ensuring professional and efficient delivery. * Resolve incidents, complaints, or customer requests within the sector. * Ensure proper setup and breakdown of tables and service areas. * Coordinate with the Head Waiter and Assistant Head Waiter to ensure smooth service operations. * Collaborate with the kitchen department to guarantee service flow and timing. * Uphold quality, image, and service protocol standards. * Supervise compliance with hygiene, food safety, and occupational risk prevention regulations. * Support training and performance monitoring of direct reports. **Requirements:** --------------- * Prior experience as a Sector Manager, Rank Manager, or Waiter/Waitress with supervisory responsibilities. * Knowledge of dining room operations and customer service in high-volume settings. * Strong organizational and team coordination skills. * Familiarity with hygiene and food safety regulations. * Advanced level of English. * German language skills are an advantage. **We Offer:** * Joining a solid and growing hotel chain. * A positive work environment. * Professional training and development.
