Assist and/or collaborate with the Business area in account monitoring by preparing reports, maintaining customer and supplier websites up to date, tracking contract KPIs and other performance metrics, and carrying out post-sales tasks. WHAT TASKS WILL YOU PERFORM? Organization of documentation. Maintenance of Salesforce information. Maintenance of customer websites. Support in developing dashboards. Administrative support tasks. Participation in tenders for companies that invite Iris Global. Monitoring objectives and action plans in case of deviations. Assistance in budget preparation. WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS? **Minimum required qualification:** Currently enrolled in or completing undergraduate studies in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, or Law. **Desirable qualification:** Bachelor’s degree. **Languages:** English or French (desirable but not mandatory). **Computer skills:** Advanced user. **Experience:** None required. **WE OFFER YOU:** The opportunity to develop professionally by providing you with knowledge and real-world work experience, enhancing your skills and competencies.
