This person will serve as the internal point of contact for routine IT incidents reported by staff; therefore, strong proficiency in navigating diverse software programs, platforms, and devices is essential, along with the ability to independently investigate and resolve issues. Requirements * Qualification: Intermediate or higher vocational training in IT or related field * Preferred: Technical knowledge: Microsoft 365: Outlook, SharePoint, and OneDrive. Odoo 17\.
