You will have the opportunity to participate in real-world projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and gain firsthand insight into how industrial processes are optimized. **What You Will Do:** * Support data analysis for production processes and monitoring of production, quality, and cost indicators. * Participate in continuous improvement projects and industrial investments. * Assist in process optimization and energy efficiency studies. * Collaborate on incident investigations and root cause analyses. * Prepare technical reports and presentations. * Update procedures, technical documentation, and databases. * Work with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative solutions. **What We Are Looking For:** * Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering. * Advanced level of English (spoken and written). * Proactivity, strong learning ability, and enthusiasm for professional growth. **What We Offer:** * Practical experience in an international industrial environment. * Involvement in projects with tangible business impact. * Continuous learning alongside specialized professionals. * Development of technical and professional competencies.
