Keep reading **What profile do we need?** We are actively seeking an **Internal Risk Consultant Intern**, to join our **Internal Risk Department**. If you want to be part of a rapidly expanding international digital company and are nearing completion of your studies, this could be your opportunity! To join us, you must have: * University degree in **Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering**, or related fields. * English level **B2**. * Basic knowledge of **process mapping**, and tools such as Bizagi, Visio, or Lucidchart. * Understanding of **internal control** and risk frameworks (COSO, ISO 31000\). * Intermediate **Excel** skills (pivot tables, formulas) and strong writing ability in Word/PowerPoint. * Analytical, organized, detail-oriented, and critically thinking individual. **What will you do daily at Bipi?** As part of the Internal Risk team, you will be responsible for: * **Process mapping and procedure documentation**: assisting in interviews with department heads to structure and standardize processes. * **Control definition**: supporting the identification of risk points and designing preventive and detective controls. * **Verification of procedures and controls**: collaborating in periodic follow-ups and evidence collection. * **Execution of 1st and 2nd level controls**: operational reviews and sample testing on data and evidence. * **Incident management**: recording, classifying, and documenting operational failures, supporting root cause analysis. * **Updating the Outsourcing Register**: maintaining traceability of external providers. **How we deliver the best professional experience** * Learning and development within a young and dynamic team revolutionizing the automotive sector. * Employee discounts on our vehicle fleet. * We are a dog-friendly company. * Centrally located offices, well connected by public transport.
