We are seeking to hire an Internal Auditor for an established company with a complex corporate structure and undergoing active growth.
The position will report directly to the Finance Director and play a key role in risk assessment, strengthening internal controls, and continuously improving organizational processes.

What will be your mission?
Analyze and evaluate the company’s financial, operational, and organizational processes, identifying risks, potential inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
Your work will strengthen internal control systems, optimize procedures, and deliver reliable information to support management decision-making.
Key responsibilities
Conduct internal audits of a financial, operational, and process-oriented nature.
Design, develop, and implement audit work programs.
Assess internal control systems implemented across various organizational areas.
Identify financial, operational, and compliance-related risks.
Detect possible weaknesses, inefficiencies, or deviations in internal processes.
Formulate specific, actionable recommendations and improvement proposals.
Participate in the annual audit planning process and prioritize audit work based on risk level.
Perform analytical reviews of financial statements and management data from various subsidiaries or business units.
Prepare economic\-financial reports and internal reporting for management.
Participate in periodic accounting closings.
Collaborate in the development and monitoring of management dashboards.
Analyze and interpret financial information to support decision-making.
Follow up on corrective actions agreed upon with various departments.
Collaborate with different departments, promoting a culture of control, transparency, and continuous improvement.
University degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
Minimum five years’ experience in internal auditing, external auditing, financial control, consulting, or related roles.
Solid knowledge of accounting, financial analysis, and internal control systems.
Experience in risk assessment and process review.
Advanced proficiency in Excel.
Ability to analyze large volumes of information and draw relevant conclusions.
Skill in drafting clear, structured, and decision-oriented reports.
Ability to interact effectively with various departments and levels of responsibility.
Rigorous, analytical, organized individual with strong attention to detail.
Proactive, autonomous, and results-oriented.
Ability to formulate constructive, business-focused recommendations.
Candidates with experience in organizations comprising multiple subsidiaries, workplaces, business units, or complex operational structures will be especially valued.

Annual gross remuneration starting from €35\.000, negotiable depending on experience, expertise, and level of responsibility contributed.
Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.
On-site working mode.
Standard working hours Monday to Thursday: 8\.00–17\.00.
Fridays: standard working hours 8\.00–15\.00.
Rotating shift system within the department to ensure service coverage until 18\.30.
Direct integration into the finance department.
Reporting to the Finance Director.
